If you’re going to be streaming or recording activity on the SOG Discord, TeamSpeak, or during SOG Events, we ask that you follow these expectations.
1. Get Consent Sometimes people don’t want to be broadcast or recorded. In order to respect that, please avoid recording in the General voice channels, and ensure if you’re going to start streaming or recording in a channel that everyone who is already there is aware of and okay with
it.
2. Be Visible Once you’re sure everyone is okay with you recording, please either A) Move to the “RECORDING VIDEO” channel or B) Update your nickname on the server to make it clear and obvious to anyone who is joining the channel that they will be recorded or broadcast.
3. Reflect our Community Positively If you’re going to record or stream as a member of SOG, it is recommended that you follow our branding guidelines.
